I ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. You are encouraged to utilize the text option after hours to notify me of unforeseen illness etc.

Please arrive on time

Due to short appointment increments, it is imperative you arrive on time.  Please plan accordingly. Late arrivals may not be able to receive services.
 

Appointment "No Show"

Because I am a small, appointment-based business, no-shows and last-minute cancellations affect me greatly. Please note, if there is a history of appointment no-show or last-minute cancellation a deposit will be required to schedule in the future.
